Our core strategy. We establish a diversified portfolio of funds based on your investment goals and risk profile and make changes as the investment climate warrants.

A program for high net worth individuals. The need to earn a decent rate of return while protecting principal in today’s minuscule interest rate environment was the inspiration for this program. All types of securities are used to implement this strategy including stocks (common and preferred), bonds, mutual funds and exchange traded funds. In addition listed options are used to lower portfolio volatility.

Separately Managed Accounts

An exclusive program also for high net worth individuals. These accounts are managed in a highly sophisticated, proprietary event – driven strategy. Listed options are used extensively to implement the strategy.

Real Estate Syndication

From time to time we participate as part of a group in the syndication of large multi-unit residential properties. With limited exceptions this program is closed to new investors.

BUSINESS MANAGEMENT

Lucille Selig has many years of experience in business management. Our business management clients primarily consist of those in the entertainment field. Our Business Management Services include, but are not limited to: paying all monthly and other periodic bills, all banking needs, bank deposits, bank reconciliations, payroll for any employees, coordinating payments to independent contractors and preparing 1099's, monitoring cash flows, preparing monthly reports, handling all financing (including lines of credit, mortgages and business loans), preparing all loan documents and coordinating loan requirements with lenders.
